Our Annual Subscriptions

Our contracts are based on your practice’s usage, i.e. the number of poisons cases you’ve called us about over the last 12 months. If you have never used us before, please select the most appropriate contract for your anticipated usage for the year. Please note that all are contracts are subject to our Fair Usage Policy.

You will also be entitled to the following benefits each year:

Pay-as-you-Go

Regrettably, we are no longer able to offer this payment option without an Auto Top Up.  The Automatic Top Up is for current active members only (practices who have used our services in the past 24 months previously). New or inactive practices must purchase an Annual Contract.

Common Questions

 

Is there a charge for calling VPIS from outside the UK?
Calls to our service are charged at the local country rate or are free of charge; however you will require an active membership and subscription to use our service.
I’m a Pay-as-you-Go customer; do I need to move on to a contract subscription?
Many of our members have selected to move from Pay-as-you-Go to an annual contract for the many benefits that this type of subscription offers. Once your credit balance drops to zero or negative, current Pay-as-you-Go members must purchase credits on an Auto Top Up, through their online account by going to the My Account tab, or move onto an Annual Contract.
I can’t find the VPIS number to dial from my country on the International Access page, what do I do?
We have set up access from the following countries: UK, Germany, Australia and Netherlands. We are working on adding more country numbers to our list; in the meantime, please call our UK number to use our service.
Can non-English speaking vets use VPIS?
We currently do not offer translators for providing advice to non-English speakers but we are looking to offer this service in the future.
Can pet owners use VPIS?
No unfortunately VPIS is for veterinary professionals only. Members of the public are encouraged to call their local veterinary practice for advice
