Your username would have been emailed to you when you first set up your login details. If you are unable to find it, please contact us on +44 (0)207 188 3314 or email email@example.com.
I can’t remember my password, what do I do?
Please click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link and enter your email address and username. You will then receive an email with a new temporary password. Once logged in, you should change your password by going to your ‘Change Your Settings’.
How do I access my VPIS certificate?
Your certificate can only be accessed through your online account. Once logged in, it can be found under the ‘Practices and Certificates’ tab as a PDF file. It will automatically update to today’s date and can be downloaded at any time as long as your subscription is current and active (for Pay-as-you-Go users, this means you must have at least 1 credit on your account).
My account is locked, what do I do?
